Has anyone an experience of trial separation, I am in an abusive relationship and because of kids and house would like to stay but want out. How does a judge see it if a husband leaves the house? I'd have to rent somewhere else etc is there any irish sites people have used.

www.daft.ie is a good site to find places to rent.
Legally you should get advice about what to do first before you leave the family home,
if the realtionship is abusive maybe a safety order is an option for you.

Ring your local women's refuge and make an appointment to go and see them. They will have all the information and contacts that you need.
