I have been looking at the Educo gym website and their claims are very impressive if not optimistic. I was thinking of joining unitl i found out the cost!

What sort of programme would they put you on? I was think of making up a similar programme for myself to do in the Gym*.

It seems that it would be like compound weight lifting, no cardio & a diet of protein & minimal carbs.

    * My current gym instructer told me that if you eat more than 44g of protein per day you get fat:rolleyes:, told me to eat loads of good food like pasta!, told me 45 mins of low intensity cardio was they only way to lose fat as he has loads of books in his office proving the science:rolleyes:. The Clown also put me doing 3 different variations of tricep, bicep and ab excercises @ 15 reps while reglecting Compound lifts.

As far a I know and I could be corrected on this but I think they do a circuit of lower body then upper body. The idea is you work constantly for the 30 or so mins you're there. They also do a big sell on their (Magic????) products.

In my opinion something like Crossfit would be better or get a good personal trainer.

As for your gym instructor I'd take what they say with a pich of salt. It seems a bit strange. What gym are you in? A few gyms have set pre printed programs for everyone which is complete joke as everyone is different.

I see Tony Quinn is using his mind techniques in other areas than fitness
