    Hi,
the easiest way to get additional channels using your existing Sky dish is to buy a freesat box and connect it to this dish and you will be able to receive 80 to 100 extra channels.
    Check out this link.

If she has RTE etc on a satellite she must be paying Sky and therefore receiving loads of other channels, BBC ITV CH4 Living etc.

Its not like a sky or chorus satellite dish, its just a normal dish for a caravan and its so annnoyin having only 4 channels!

I assume your "satellite dish" is some sort of caravan/mobile home aerial that's receiving just the four terrestrial channels.

To get the extra free channels you will require a proper satellite dish and satellite receiver. A freesat system will do the job. There should be a satellite/aerial installer in the Ballybunion area who will have installed similar on other mobile homes. Check the yellow pages or have a chat with some of the neighbours.
