    I've done a few gigs but I want to be able to do more...fill out the sound so to speak.

    Hi guys

    I am based in West Dublin.
    Im 38 and I have been playing / gigging for about 20 years - all styles - doing grade 8 in electric guitar at the moment! Currently gigging with a wedding/party band 3 piece and 2 piece acoustic but looking to join up with gigging outfit doing covers in Dublin.

    right, ok, so it's all covers then... well i'd be glad to join you if you'd have me!

    I sing, play guitar, harmonica and bass... here's a few samples of my originals but i enjoy playing covers too!

    My only worry about this is if someone is in an originals band, would the schedule of that band interfere with this project, pretentious lad

    Nah, not really, I'd never miss a paying gig anyway :rolleyes:

    Also it's the summer and i'm a student, a lot of free time! :P

    I can learn a set list off in the space of about 2 hours too, unless it's a damn complicated one!

    It won't always be a paying gig though...that's the thing. Tell you what...pick a "everybody knows this song so they will sing along" song and make a demo for me so I can see what you're made of ;)
