hi guys,i was reading the april issue of an cosantoir and on page 16 there was a piece about new tactics and boarding drills that the navy are using. i couldnt help but notice the tac vests that the sailors were wearing,seemed like a nice piece of kit with their electroless asps and speed cuffs on em,im led to believe that…
