    I want to do some reasearch before a new venture. Without giving too much away about my business I have a couple of questions.

    1.What grants do the enterprise board give for this. If I decide the business is not feasable do I have to replay these grants?


    2. I am looking for Trustworthy web designer/programmer to make up the survey and have it on my own server.

    I need the survey to ask 3-4 preliminary questions to determin if the taker is in our market target and if not direct them to a page "Thank you but you do not meet requirement for this survey" etc. as I will be paying users ( either directly or through a survey site to take the survey)

    Also I need to be able to have control over how many people take the survey, without having any programming knoledge. I need the information gained to be very secure and not viewably by any third party.

    What kind of ballpark figure should i expect to pay for this work do be done. I have gotten some quotes but they seam to be way above what i was expecting for a single survey.

    3. I will be using information gained in my own statistical models. If i do this work myself is there any way I can put it down as Wages or similar and use the enteprise grant to fund same.

    1. I'm not sure on the grants. Best option is to give them a call/visit.

    2. Honestly your best option is to check out a professional survey hosting site. They normally have very strict privacy regulations, and I know for a fee (crica $20) you can do all the above on SurveyMonkey, including encrypting the data/connection (HTTPS).

    3. Again you'd be best asking local enterprise board. I would think that your chancing this part - but then again I've never had to look for a grant.
