your looking for intermediate scratch cups
generally 12-18 h'cappers play in these give or take a shot

Are these the only tournaments I can play in?

Also where do I find these tournaments? Is there a website or something?

Play in practically all competitions at your home club.
Play in practically all OPEN singles competitions... lots of clubs will run open competitions throughout the season... you could probably play 2 or 3 open competitions every day of the week if you had the inclination.
Intermediate Scratch Cups are bigger open competitions aimed at 10-18 handicappers usually - the person who shoots the best gross score wins a trophy but there is usually a prize for the best nett score too.

Tell us where you are based and I'm sure a few locals will guide you as to what to look out for in your area.

I am a member of Sillogue Park Golf Course in Ballymun and I live in Clontarf. I have a car so gettin somewhere isnt really a problem. The competitions on in my club are on every tuesday and sunday and thats doesnt really suit me at the moment but do every so often!
