Ufo's/livestock mutilation?

    I watched a documentary today that I had recorded,was on Channel 4 a few days ago called UFOs:The Secret Evidence.

    Just wanted to know what people's opinions on here are about mutilated cattle/farm animals that have had some of their internal organs removed,sometimes in an almost surgical manner,is it little green men stealing ranchers livestock,or is it the government using the animals for experiments?

    Or are crazy attention seeking farmers to blame?!

    I would guess the government experimenting or spreading propoganda maybe also.They probably have alot of technology they want to test out :)
    Although im sure they should of had problems getting their own cattle so it leaves me back with propoganda for now.
