Playing a video in Visual Basic

Hey all just starting a college project in Visual Basic and I'm just wondering how to get just one video to play on the MDI Parent form? I have the Windows Media Player control in place but I've no idea on how to add it. Its in .wmv format also. Any suggestions always helpful!

Look up the properties and Methods of the media player control.
