Anyone could do it really, a good sparks is probably your best bet. Upc wont do this sort of thing, they only do cabling on the surface afaik.

Buy a few meters of cable from b&q or some such shop , do it yourself.Should take about 10 minutes

I'd say get someone that puts down wooden floors etc.. because your floors will have to be taken up to put the cable underneath it, or else maybe you could run it around the inside of your skirtings, depending what there like, that would be much quicker than dragging up your floors (Just athought though..). The cableing is the easiest part really. I hope its of some help!:)

can you not hide it behind the Skirting board . Thats what I did . I carved a grove into the back of it and traced the cable to the new position of the Box

Skirting boards should definitely do it, mine had a gap of approx 1-2cm at the bottom of the plasterboard, plenty of room for cables, then you could fish them up the wall to a new hole/box where you want to move it to.

Re the fishing, it's easier than you might think, if it's a plasterboard wall - I cut a hole in the wall, stuck a metal tape measure down it until it reached the gap at the bottom, then tied a string to it and pulled it back up, and used the string feed up the cable.
