another sky card thread,

hows it going chaps,right so heres the situation, my father recently cancelled his sky sub and my mother opened an account so we could get a free hd box and multiroom. now all well and good that is seperate, we have a few spare boxes lying around that we were given from friends who upgraded and such. I was using one of these boxes for fta, so when sky came out and fitted hd and multiroom for my parents i took his card and have been using it in my own box as there is about a months worth of service left on it,

im wondering what will happen to the card when the service runs out? Ideally i would like it to become a FTV card so i can get Five on my epg, now keep in mind i have both the box it was paired to and other boxes here but the box it was paired to is a pace box that suffers from the not saving other channels and lately it has started shutting itself off a few times a day for no reason so i assume the psu is on the way out.

I also have a yellow house card here that i got somewhere along the line, is this useless or can i use it for ftv?

When the card runs out you will not be able to use it as an FTV card, only english cards will work for that unfortunetly.
