food intolerences

hi i also posted this in the ladies lounge as didnt see this. ok. i think i my have an intolerence to cheese and possibly lactose/dairy.. how do i find out. i also suffer or think i do have ibs where do i get tested and.. is it easy to manage a diet if u have an intolerance like this thanks:)
