    Aside from flour and eggs and sugar.
    What's your most widley used baking ingredient?
    Mine has to be dark chocolate, unsalted butter and chocolate chips.

    What's yours (I'm hyped up on rocky road as I type).

    Lemon zest.... I love it and put it in everything from sponges to muffins to pancakes.

    Chocolate chips / vanilla essence would be up there too however.

    +1 on the lemon zest. Whenever I'm baking anything remotely spongey, regardless of the recipe, I find it very difficult to resist zest!
