If you want to fly, your only option is to go with Aer Lingus Regional (aerlingus.com). If you want to go by ferry, you can go with Irish Ferries or Stena Line to Holyhead, and drive onwards to Cardiff (or possibly take the train, I don't know).

Aer Arann fly to cardiff - the airport is about 20-30 mins by taxi away from the city centre.

That route is now operated by Aer Lingus Regional. It's a new partnership between Aer Lingus and Aer Arann. It's operated by former Aer Arann planes repainted in Aer Lingus colours, and must be booked through aerlingus.com

Go to Cardiff regularly, we generally fly to Bristol with Ryanair & then get the train from Bristol Templemeads Station to Cardiff Central, train journey is approx 45 minutes, if booked well in advance this is usually the cheapest though not the most direct.
