Watch servicing

Hi there, I was wondering does anyone have a recommendation for a watch repair shop in the city centre of Dublin (that isn't located in Grafton Street or Saint Stephen's Green).

I've got a 51 year old Soviet pocket watch that is keeping good time, but the regulator arm needs to be pushed all the way to the "slow" side, I'd like to get it regulated so that the arm can be used for minute adjustments (or at least kept closer towards the centre ;) - no room to slow the watch even more if it speeds up again).

    Regards.

Considering I only paid 39 euro for the watch, I don't think I'd be able to shell out the 50-100 quid that I guess the people charge in the two locations mentioned above... or, if anyone could give me some tips on how to self regulate?
