    How is it done? The form is looking for a zip code or postal code. I don't have one and can't get beyond that step. I can see no way to contact them without being logged in.

    Did you try 0000 or similar dummy codes.

    Tried the usual zip code workarounds like 0000 etc, but no joy.

    Is that screenshot from within your account, i.e., you are logged in? Problem was I couldn't log in to my account so they were asking me some identifying questions. Could answer the first 3 questions but not the 4th which was zip/postal code.
