Business name registration

    Hi Folks,
    I was wondering if anyone could help me with this. Basicly I am unemployed on JA at the moment, I applied for Back To Work Enterprise Allowance about four weeks ago and still waiting for reply, meantime I applied for grant from Enterprise Board and I got approved it. I also filled out TR1 form for tax and I should get the certificate in two weeks time. Now, I have few questions, can I register business name before I get my tax certificate, if so, will it affect my jobseeker's allowance payment? When Can I start trading?

    You can register a business name before you have a tax registration. It shoudl not affect your JA as you have not commenced to trade yet.
