Just reading the Wikipedia article on the production of season 6, and saw this:
When asked to describe the last three episodes, Lindelof said "Water."
I'm only a first time poster, so I'm sorry if I'm bringing up a previously discussed point. But I was just wondering if anyone else noticed this, and what they think it might be about?

Haha well without being cynical thinking about it just there.

Remember the island in the sideways timeline is under-water and everybody seems to have a grand aul life and accepted there position in the world. Well if water is to be MiB's krptonite then it woudl make a hell of alot of sense to try sink the island....

cant figure out how to put more together than that but hey its something.

It could mean anything, afterall the producers are going to all lengths to hide any details (including making dummy sets!) there is no way they would reveal anything big.

    Water could mean;

-tears to come, many dying or a bittersweet ending.
-up and down, like waves; a nod to rocky times ahead.
-water being a weakness to MiB.
-harking back to the first episode of Season 6 and the island underwater.
-the key may lie with the well Desmond is down.
-it has not rained on the island ALL SEASON afaik, maybe that means something.

    Literally endless possibilities...

The smoke monster (or whatever you want to call him/it) might be allergic to water.

I dunno. Jack pushed him into the water in the last (non-US) ep and he was pretty ok.

Yeah, I think the water affected MiB seeing as when he got out of the water he needed a gun to shot at Widmores men and didnt just turn into the smoke and smash them to pieces..

Sorry can I bring up something here. Are we a spoller free forum. Im a bit uneasy about posters bringing up what producers say/suggest re future plots. I would rather not know.
Can spoiler tags be used if at all possible.

The thread title mentions it is relation to the final 3 episodes - is that not a big enough clue that the thread is about future episodes/plots...

Its hardly that big of a spoiler anyway as we all know that MiB has an issue with it and we will have to find out why that is

The CGI costs too much, so it was cheaper to just get Flocke to shoot the guys.

Seriously, I'd bet money that this is the reason, and there's nothing more to it than that.

As for the spoiler requirement, this episode aired on terrestrial TV last week, so no need for spoilers.

Yes but I'm wary of posters as with happened in second post even hinting at possible ending and who nows maybe second poster knows something we dont. Think we need to be careful now what we post given we are coming to the end. If posters have cracked the code can they keep it to themselves or can threads that carry posters carry spoiler tags in the title.
