I'm sorry because I know this is the wrong forum but I need some fast advice I've had a million popups in the last 20 mins telling me that my pc is full of viruses and that a program (that looks like AVG) is scanning to find them. Then when it asks should they be removed it looks for a subscription to do so. Its now asking…

Its now asking me to delete microsoft security essentials for being incompatable!?
I'm not too techi minded at all and its not my comp and i'm a bit confused and worried, advice please!?
