    Bought the older model the year before last- it's only Hot water in 3 seconds. It's ended up at the back of a press:mad:

    Ideal for older people that you don't have to keep lifting the kettle to pour out water.

    The noise out of those things is unreal.
    Ideal for older people that you don't have to keep lifting the kettle to pour out water.
    Or use a microwave. A microwave will heat the water and the cup so is great for tea. Of course watch out for exploding water.
