Anyone know the best value place for a full bike service- live in D12 but work in city centre. Can do the basics myself just want to get all the wires looked at etc.

    Cheers.

Mr. Skeffington all the way. He'll even let you stick around and watch what he's doing and ask him questions while he's at it if you like. Great service.

Artane. His mechanical skill is one of the few things that would get me across the Liffey.

I've heard nothing but good things from every single person who's visited Mr. Skeff and from the posts i've seen here on boards he seems like a thoroughly decent chap too - however just wanted to let you know that the place I volunteer at, Rothar (www.rothar.ie) does bike repairs too. Community not-for-profit place, probably the cheapest shop for repairs in Dublin and we've loads and loads of parts. So there you go, two fine options!
