Does any one find it hard to get motivated to run in May/June.

I can run any other time of the year and do good times but come May/June I just struggle, happening again this year!!

No way man! The days are getting longer, brighter and warmer. Farmer tans are going a-begging. Gorse-flowers fill the air with the smell of coconut. The head-torch and fluorescent jacket are relegated to the back of the press, along with the running tights, Body Armour, hats and gloves. No more free-flowing snot! Get out there!

And don't forget the delicious protein filled flies:D

we are starting to hit 100% humidity here in korea, and will soon be up at over 30 degree heat, I don't know how I'm going to motivate myself to go out running in that throughout all of june, let alone july and august when it's at its worst
