UPC broadband - will we get a free upgrade

    hi guys,

    do you reckon when UPC launch the 100mb broadband in late august everyone will get a free upgrade like 5mb - 10mb, 15mb - 30mb & 30mb - 60mb and then have the superfast 100mb as a seperate.
