Critique my plan for Adidas series!

    I'm planning to do the Adidas race series, up to the half marathon on 25th September. At the moment I'm running 3 days a week, with a "long" run of approx 6-7 miles at the weekend. I'm planning to up the training to 4 days after my holidays next week, and spend the remains of May and June increasing the amount of times I'm out and building up fitness and maybe a bit of speed!

    I think my normal training will have me ready for the 5 mile race on 17th July, but after that I need some structure to get me ready for the 10 mile and the half. I've drafted up a plan roughly based on a few online and on my own schedule but don't know if it's reasonable or not. I'd appreciate any advice! Also do you think I should be getting more longer runs under my belt before the 5 mile?!
