I am leaving Sydney on 15th June and have a really nice 1 bed apartment in Manly that I need to transfer the tenancy agreement to new tenants. Otherwise I am relying on the estate agent getting someone quickly.
It's 2 minutes from the ferry.
It is a large 1 bed with large, separate living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Private balcony and separate laundry room.
I can supply photos (PM me).
Furniture also available.
