Must pay for Couch 2 5K?

Hi,

I want to start running and C 2 5K seems to be a good way to start and a lot of people on Boards are talking about it.

Do you have to pay to download the programme? The only websites I can find are charging (and in USD).

If it's couch to 5 k you're looking for then this is what you need

Sorry if I mis-understand, but is workout 1 = Day 1, workout 2= Day 2 etc. e.g Option A
Monday= Workout 1
Wednesday=Workout 2
Friday=Workout 3

Or do you do workouts 1,2 and 3 all in a day e.g Option B
Mon= Workout 1,2,3
Wed=Workout 1,2,3
Friday=Workout 1,2,3

If you could reply Option A or Option B,

The idea is that you do three workouts each week, with the workouts on non-consecutive days

So in your examples it's option A
