Sending back stuff to Ehobby Asia

    I have a G&P 8.4v 2200 mah battery bought from ehobby asia that wont hold its charge but they dont respond to my emails, has anyone else had issues sending stuff back to this crowd?? :confused:

    I had pretty much the exact same experience as demonspawn. I think it took me 19 emails before I got a response from them and the best they could come up with as "oh sorry your mail got filtered into our junk folder". And I had been mailing 3 different email addresses and using their online contact form as well.

    I will never use nor recommend ehobby to anyone EVER. Good luck with turning to return something, if you keep at it, it might be possible.

    Sh1t customer service like that must make them loose alot of business. Wonder if i could send it back to G&P directly?

    Strange, I've always had great support from Ehobby and I've had a lot of orders with them. When I asked about a replacement part for a pistol mag, they sent me out a new mag free of charge.
