Ordering from a different country

So is there hassle involved with customs and can the retailer lower it to 1 joule prior to shipping it? Is there any trusted websites anyone orders from? Thanks alot!!

There are a good few trusted sites out there and as long as its downgrade to sub 1J you won't have a problem with customs. They might send it off to ballistics to test that it is under the 1J mark.

But with shipping, VAT, customs duty and handling fee's you really don't save much by ordering from HK. Your really better off just buying it here in Ireland. And by buy Irish you can also return it under warranty if something goes wrong (and your helping Ireland and all that jazz).
