Covenants Question

    Quick question- the land and conveyancing act 2009 reforms the rules for passing the benefit/burden in covenants. Would these apply only to covenants entered into after 09, or could they apply to covenants where the conveyance of the land already under a covenant takes place after 09? Relatively basic I know, but somehow I always find these little things to freak out over...
