Has anyone's ever been late? Mine was due two days ago, but I'm guessing the volcano is what's messing it up. No word on the site though, and it just says shipped when I go in to track it

I've made orders that have taken anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks to deliver. I'd say if it goes over 2 weeks you should get in touch, maybe give a bit more time because of the flight disruptions. I've never had anything not turn up either.

Hi if you have a facebook account add asos and then you can give them your order number and they'll be able to tell you where it is and its much quicker then emailing them.

I had ordered something from the during the week that the volcanic ash happened and didn't have a problem receiving my delivery. Apparently their deliveries to Ireland are by boat and not plane.

Has your order been dispatched yet? If it has you should have received an email saying it has been dispatched and in the email there should be a link to click on to follow the delivery journey.

Yeah I got the email to say it had been shipped,

But when I go into it it just says status shipped, no option to track. Was meant to be here on tuesday

    Have you tried contacting them?
They aim to respond within 1 hour? Don't usually ! But will respond at some stage

Send them an email and tell them it was late. They normally refund the postage and give you 10% off your next order (may be different because of the ash though)

Whenever I have e-mailed ASOS I have always had a reply within the hour, sometimes I get the automated reply, but it's a reply all the same.

Also, I placed an order with them yesterday afternoon/evening and got an email about 3.5 hours later to say it had been dispatched.

Glad you got your order OP.

I've never had any problems with the delivery except for this week. Goods were due to arrive on Wednesday... and still no sign of them Thursday...

I tracked the parcel online and again it just said shipped, so i rang up DPD in my area and asked them if there was any sign of it. And sure enough it was there!

Ended up going down to pick it up myself...
