Hi, I done my theory test yesterday (Got 40 :P) and I got a general eye test in specsavers around a month ago, and I'm just wondering will I need to retake an eye test now for the provisional?

    Thanks!

Probably a bit late on posting this,
But I think I read somewhere on the provisional licence application form that the eye test approval must be no older than 30 days when applying, though I may be wrong.

The optician would still have to fill out a "fresh" form. So it would be essentially new.
