Does anyone know where I can get the results from this? Have checked the website & it just says in the Western People.

They're actually printed in todays Western People Moondancer. I don't know if they'll be online... I would imagine so. It was probably part of their sponsorship deal to have the results in the paper first or something.

If you can't get hold of the paper I'd be happy to look up the results for you but you'd have to pm me name(s). They're in alphabetical order by surname in the paper. If you want to wait to see if they turn up online first that's ok or if you don't want to give real names to a stranger online that's perfectly understandable :) but the offers there! I could also post the paper to you if you're out of western people range

    Aww, you are so kind!
Can I get that paper in Sligo do you think? It's actually for a group of friends, they wanted to check out their results.

I imagine you could get the Western People in Sligo but maybe not in every corner shop as it's more of a local Mayo paper. Only one way to find out!

Just a little musing about this race :)
It was organised by Mayo Sports Partnership and though the public face of the race was about fundraising (it was optional- individuals could fundraise through sponsorship- a la Dublin Mini marathon) I believe any funds raised by the entry fee (3000+ by 20yoyos) after costs are going back into local sports initiatives fit4life etc. I think that's a great model for a big race.
