My own laptop was doing ok for me (Acer Aspire), but the battery now lasts only 5 minutes and the power supply no longer works. I'm not really keen on spending money on replacements for both of these,

I will probably look to run both windows 7 and Linux on the new system.

    My main uses would be:
    - general internet
    - football manager
    - managing large music/video collections
    - some office tasks
    - occasional gaming

    some questions:

    - is this a good deal? good value for money?
    - is 4gb sufficient ram? Is it upgradeable on this machine?
    - is the graphics card sufficient for my uses? (ATI Radeon HD5470)
    - good processor? (intel core i5-520M)
