    Bought this game at the weekend in the Playstation Store. First off, it runs incredibly slow but now it's come to the stage where it makes my PS3 crash every time I use it.

    Anyone else had similar problems?

    Who do I contact regarding this problem?

    Wonder can I be refunded because the game is a ball of shíte!

    when i bought heavy rain it was very glitchy and froze a lot so i brough tit back to gamestop and they gave me a gift card for the amount.. so i say if you just bring it back and explain that it keeps freezing they'll have no problem exchanging it or giving you a credit note.

    I bought it online on the Playstation Store so I can't really just bring it back to them! Or at least I don't think I can!!

    Maybe delete the game data and download it again, did you Google to see if anybody else is having similar problems ?

    Ya I'll just have to try and re-download it and see if that helps.

    Can't really seem to find anything about problems with it online, in fact there seems to be very little info bar price and release dates.
