Just wondering has anyone ever bought a PS3 via Ebay? If so ... how much did you end up paying + was everything as described and working order? Current PS3 Phat 40GB has YLOD and well it's a long story but to keep it short I want a Slim for obvious reasons.

Personally I wouldn't trust expensive things like PS3s or laptops being posted to me. I'd rather buy one in an actual shop, even if it does cost more, because I'd at least have peace of mind.

The one reason I would not buy one off ebay is if in say a months time it were to break you would have no come back.
