Iv tried a couple a different email addresses but none work, i even setup a brand new hotmail account but still it wont let me register.

What kinda error message are you getting, it should be pretty straight forward......

thats what i thought too, it should be straight forward...i go through the whole registration process from start to end and on the last step when i click continue i get a page that says invalid email, please go back and enter a valid email address.

But this is my first time registering so this email could not have been used before, i even tried a brand new email but still the same...

I had this problem trying to set mine up the first time as well, but I can't for the life of me remember how I got around it :/

I think it had something to do with where I said I was living, or with the age I registered my email account with, but I'm not sure

As obvious as it may sound .... Are you sure there is no typos in your email or data entry

figured out what was wrong, they have 6 lines for your address and something has to be entered in each line even if your address isnt that long...BAD programming on their behalf....

Welcome to the world of Sony. Just be glad they haven't removed the PSN due to piracy fears......:D
