Nylon guitar

I've been playing a bit of classical guitar lately, hoping to train myself up to a standard in it, but I'd like to get my own nylon guitar anyway - I've been playing my girlfriend's guitar for around a year and a half, and I'd like to get my own one.

But I don't know anything about nylon guitars with respect to what names are reputable, what to look for. I've been playing on an Alvaro guitar, I think it's a beginner-standard guitar, I guess it's a pretty cheap one, but I really like it.

Any advice would be great, thanks guys :)

Alvaro do a nice range some as you said are beginners - standard guitars and some are better, other good makes I am familiar with are Juan Hernandez, Manuel Rodriguez http://www.guitars-m-r-sons.com/ing/home.htm, and Camps have one or two that I hav eplayed and liked. I personally dont have a great nylon guitar as I dont play a lot of classical but Im sure there will be on who know a bit more.
