I am having trouble with my dell d600, for some reason it appers to overheat or some other reason to kick the fan in at high speed for several mins, It has never done this before , when the fan is running the computer comes to a standstill not frozen but underpressure and very very slow,

I download a programme for dell d series for the fan control etc, and the peak temp was 96c!!!!

Any advise or help would be great..
