i am a broad shouldered, now muscular guy that is 5 foot 10 inches

i have gone from a 42 inch waist to a 34 inch waist since last august

    everyone says i look great,even when er...naked

yet online tables say i need to lose another 10kgs to be within my ideal weight range

should i stay where i am or push for the last 10 kgs ?

Why are you standing in front of everyone naked??

Seriously though, if you think you look good and other people think so too, that's a half decent measure if you ask me.

+1, online tables are not going to count in your muscle. Stick with what you feel (and look) best at.

Unless you post a pic of yourself naked (and please don't) ... it is impossible for anyone here to tell you what feels right and is right for you.

Quoted guidelines are just that - guidelines. If you are comfortable and healthy where you are then why change what's not broke.
