Would baby shampoo be good for coloured hair, some say it's great, it's so mild etc. Others say it can strip colour? Which is right?

I tried it when I underwent a drastic change in hair colour, and it did strip the colour. I have yet to find a decent shampoo which prolongs hair colour.

How can it be used on babies if it's that severe? Like you nightwish, I've yet to use a colour to prolong or even just not lesson the colour!

While my hair felt nice after using baby shampoo, the colour was pretty much washed out. It must react in some way with the colour. At the moment I am using shampoo that has a colour in it but it tends to leave unsightly stains in the shower.

My hairdresser suggests using Dove shampoo for colour hair.

When I had a very mad red hair I used this...

Bed Head Dumb blonde it keeps coloured hair looking shiny and healthy without fading the colour.:o

You'd be surprised. I know people who said that "no tears formula" still burns the eyes off of them.

I have dark brown hair, I doubt 'dumb blonde' would be suitable for me. Or am I wrong?

That is just the name it even has a funny note on the back how other colours can use it aswell, I used it when I was vibrant red so I am sure it will work on yours. You should also try a leave in conditioner, one specially formulated for coloured hair it helps lots.:P
