Hi,
Could someone explain to me what my rights are in regard to obtaining a copy of a contract with a mobile phone operator.

Is there a breach of contract if they cannot send it?

The mobile operator in question did not provide a second copy of the contract when signing and customer service has told me to get one in the shop where I signed. The shop says get one from customer service.

I hope this doesn't break any rules.
