Just a quick notice to let y'all know I'll be on Djamel and Will's show tomorrow (Saturday) evening. Bit of a mix, few new tunes, and a good bit of old-fashioned nattering.

So it's eh Ceoltronic on RTE pulse (however the fcuk you get that) tomorrow evening (Saturday) at 6 (i think).

Can't believe I sat here for a full hour listening to you talk the same sh!te I hear you spouting on here ever day and whenever we meet at gigs etc - LOL!! Ah good stuff though man you came off well - although I'd say there are lots of people who do not know you as well as I do who probably now think you're a w@nker!

I must listen to that show more often actually!

Cheers dude. Aye it's a mixed bag music wise. Central theme to it all really is to provide a platform for good quality national and international acts with some association to electronic music, be it a loose one or otherwise. Kinda lucky being afforded both the freedom of choice to do so and facilities to allow a broad spectrum of acts to come in and throw down live with a bit of banter in there also.

Going forward we've got Diarmaid O Meara from Gobsmacked Records in this Saturday for a 3 deck set and a chat.

The week after (15th May) is a Life Festival Special with the promoters in for a chat and showcase of some of the acts playing. We'll prob knock out a few Camping passes for it also.

22nd May Dj Kormac and his Barbershop Quartet plus one or two of the Albums guest mc's are dropping out for the hour. Looking forward to this one very much.

29th May Provisionally we've got Joey Beltram out live for a chat ahead of his gig in Tripod that night. He flies in @ 3pm so depending on the volcano behaving itself and the flight coming in on time it should be all go.

Into June we'll be covering Sonar from Barcelona with a few interviews from acts playing etc. Dj Flip will be in for a Dj set and interview. Defekt will also be getting a chance to make the electricity in Montrose sing with his analogue goodies.

If anyone ever has any ideas/recommendations/gripes with the show or the station please feel free to hit me up. Always interested in getting feedback for the RTE Pulse platform.

Fair play man - I'm ashamed to say I very rarely really listen to any digital radio - maybe on the odd occasion I know someone who is on - but I suppose I should as it looks like I'm missing out on some good stuff!

I suppose it does not help that as I try to tune in to Pulse now, neither player works. When will they realise that RealPlayer and WMP are sh1t and they should just use flash.

Actually that issue has been raised (to death) and a flash player (96k aac) will be replacing those two this week thank god.

There are quite a few issues we as a station are ironing out and progress is being made on this front.

You can get us on DTT, on NTL/UPC channel 943, on DAB radio and online.
