Sky Standard Installation Questions

Just ordered Sky and they sent me the contract booklet which has the terms and conditions for Installation and so I have a few questions if someone can answer them. Already did a search and didn't find any satisfactory answer.

Basically I just moved to a new place and there is an existing Sky mini dish installed which belongs to the owner. Sky says that standard installation means that if there is an existing mini dish than the installer will check that and use it instead of installing a new one. Before ordering Sky I asked the owner if I can realign the dish and use a different satellite and get sky to install a new dish and he was fine with that but mentioned to put it back as it was before leaving which I will do.

Now how do I tell sky or the installer to install a new dish and leave the old one as it is? Can I just say that I want to use a different satellite with that dish and to install a new one? will he be fine with that or refuse to install a new one saying the installation terms say so and so? I also need the cables to go to a totally different room then where the existing cables go...

I know this is a easy question and has an easy answer but knowing sky I prefer to be ready with concrete information...

Another question, what is the best way to get the 2 cables from the dish to the box without it looking messy?

    Thanks

Ask the installer to install a new dish.

they use a dual cable, so its no more unsightly than one.
