get your hands on a pair of overshoes - do a search for them on wiggle
    or else just slow down...

Might sound stupid, but cling film also works.

There was a long thread on this very topic in the Cycling forum a couple of months ago. It is a very common problem; I thought it was just me :D.

As another poster said, the overshoes work great. I bought thsese ones cause they were waterproof, but there are warmer ones too.

Another tip that works is to wiggle your toes as soon as you feel them getting cold, It keep the blood circulating.

Cycling shoes usually have holes in the soles, these let in a lot of cold air. Some people block the holes with various removable items such as blue tac.
