Have many of ye suffered from these? Before I became pregnant mine were killing me and a consultant told me runners don't smile through old age...interesting comment I thought. I've great runners but is there anything else I can do? Stretch correctly etc? Baby 6 weeks now so training on the horizon!

gaeilgegrinds1 Congrats on having your baby. Unfortunately we have a very strict policy against medical and injury advice here and this would extend to sore hips and knees. Your doctor or maybe even better a physiotherapist with experience post partum might be a better place to get advice 6 weeks is quite early to be getting back into running though so they may suggest waiting a while longer.
