    Hey guys,

    just got my payslip there, we were given a weeks bonus pay this week, I only work part time, so it isn't that much. The total pay had a "Misc. Ded" of almost 15% taken from me, under "NET ADV.". Anybody have any idea what this Net Adv. is? I've tried looking around but cannot find anything.
