    Hi All ,
We are thinking of renting an apt in Rosehaven in D15 ( beside Coolmine Train Station) . Any idea how it is to live in ? We will be living with our two toddlers.
    Thank you all in advance.

I lived in apartments just across from the train station before and I really liked the area. You have the train station beside you, walking distance to 'the centre', phoenix park is a short drive. There are a couple of green areas close by and the millenium play ground is just up the road. The leisureplex and library are close by too. Never had any trouble in the area - and decent for toddlers imo.

It's a nice area, you're about a 10-15 min walk from Tesco in one direction and less than 10 mins from a big enough Spar, chipper, pharmacy, doctors surgery alongside the Carpenter pub, nice spot for a drink also.

There's a creche across the road from the entrance to the apartments and one also down the road towards the Carpenter.

Train right beside you will take you into the city centre in 20 mins.
