CCTV For Business - High Res required

I know there is a thread on CCTV for the home but I'm looking for a high spec unit that's controlled with a mouse to replace an old unit.
Resolution is paramount. I notice this unit does D1 at 400fps.

    http://www.cameras-cctv-uk.com/DVR-SA9000E-PRO-Avermedia-P484C98.aspx

My priorities having used a frustrating VPON system personally (no expert on other units) for about 10 years now are:
    - Stability (no crashes when playing back over large 2TB archive)
    - Speed (need to access footage quickly post suspected incident)
    - Resolution (as close to live as possible - faces must be clear)
    - Compatability with old (covert alarm sensor pinhole type) and new cameras - cabling the same for direct swap to newer cams?
    - Dual Screen (watch live whilst reviewing pre recorded footage)
    - Ease of export of footage to DVD/USB

Anyone had experience of the Aver Media SA9000E? Is it over kill?

I haven't user Aver Media but they are reputable. I think B0RSATEC stock these so best give them a ring to get a more realistic price.
I use Samsung among others and there range will do what you want

The best CCTV DVR for Business requirements where image quality is paramount is a system called Cathexis. This is used in all Tescos, TK Maxx, Debenhams, Heatons etc. Irish Supplier is a company called Digispek. PM me for details if you need.

Another good one for this type of application is Capture Elite
    Or the Dowshu 7000 series

I have used both of these . Excellant machines IMO.
