    if you are on disability allowance what is the required time limit to apply for back to education allowance?

    Usually six months. But to be honest mate. I would say nothing if I was you. Because when your finished college you will lose the disability because you are eligible for full time educatiom, then you are eligible for work and you have to sign on during the summer which is ridiculous applying all over again. They wont find out, just go to college and say nothing. Seriously, they are gonna be paying ya 196 either way. Say nothing.

    That's fraud and he could be put in jail for it. OP, don't do what the above poster is suggesting.
