I've just been asked if there are other Irish (or NI'ish) marathons in the Autumn. Dublin is the obvious one but it clashes with something else for the person who asked. I know we had a list of all the new marathons at one stage but my search skills have deserted me. Thanks

Is there one in Dingle around September? And I remember someone here doing one at the start of October last year along the Giants Causeway in Antrim.

thanks guys. Dingle doesn't work for him either - the joys of shiftwork and no holidays left because of volcano ash.

Blarney is a half-marathon organised by St. Finbarrs AC. Entry is €20 and ALL categories, including team prizes, will be covered. Big difference from some of the high price events.

FYI, I belong to a rival club to St. Finbarrs AC

There is a list of them in the biki here, but that is missing some new ones and nobody, me, has got round to updating it yet.
